In this full-time position you will be responsible for the QC team and especially the production inspection and production auditing procedure development. You will also be responsible for the production commencement and implementation planning, including production documentation and associated calculations.
Your functions:

Report factory quality performance analysis weekly& monthly recap report for top management review |
|
Provide and follow up on CAP with factories when necessary. -Yearly appraisal report for all inspectors |
|
Bi-weekly or monthly meeting with QC team to go through current affairs and to get a better understanding from inspectors on daily operation problem(s) and factory issues |
|
Responsible for customer complaint / quality complaint / investigation in factories and follow up CAP with factories. |
|
Random check inspector’s performance on site |
|
Provide regular training to current and new inspectors in China |
Your skills:
|
|
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with experience in the field of renewable energy. |
|
Abundant experience in inspections field including 5 years supervising experience. |
|
Adaptable and able to communicate collaboratively and effectively, in a customer-oriented multi-cultural team. |
|
Possess initiative, self-motivation and be hands-on and independent. |
|
Good knowledge of MS-Office is required and CAD skills are an advantage. |
|
Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to support a growing company become market leader in Asia & Pacific |
|
Willing to be stationed regularly on site during project implementation. |
|
Willing to travel within the great China region when required. |
|
You should have good language skills both written and spoken in Chinese and English. Knowledge of German are not required but a plus. |
